At Robot India, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We sell only genuine JCB spare parts, and we check every item before shipping. But if there is any problem, we are here to help you.

1. When You Can Return a Product

You can return a product if:

  • You got the wrong item.

  • The product is damaged when you receive it.

  • The product is not working as it should.

Note: You must tell us within 7 days of getting the product.


2. How to Return

  • Call or WhatsApp us at  (+91) 9810909004 or email us at  inquiry@robotindia.com 

  • Share your order number and a photo/video of the problem.

  • Pack the product safely in its original box.

  • We will arrange a pickup or tell you where to send it.


3. Refund Process

  • After we get the returned product, we will check it.

  • If it matches our return rules, we will start your refund.

  • Refund will be sent to your bank account, UPI, or original payment method within 5–7 working days.


4. Things You Cannot Return

We cannot take returns if:

  • The product is used or installed.

  • The product is damaged by you.

  • The product is without original packing or missing parts.


5. Exchange Option

If you want, you can exchange your product instead of a refund. Just tell us when you contact us.
