TESTING

With the help of powerful tools like 32 channel spectrometer and stropeleln apparatus for precision metallurgical testing, our team diligently analyses the quality of both metallic and non-metallic parts in bridge plugs. We continuously improve our testing processes to meet the highest standards (Grade V6) set by international committees.
DESIGN
Robot practices objective methodologies for design verification. Our design team is cautious of correct statistical methods and plans to maintain high-quality systems and processes. Likewise, our team uses tools like Siemens NX CAD and DELCAM to ensure accurate design. The team at Robot loves prototyping to test tensile strength, hardness, temperature cycle range, and other essential properties to achieve defect less products.
MANUFACTURING
At Robot, we want to build components swiftly and accurately. Hence, we manufacture using CNC, VMC and HMC machines. Moreover, we are focusing on moving our production to more and more automation. Besides, we are equipped with a modern casting foundry, a heat treatment shop, a fabrication shop comprising MIG & TIG welding units, and an in-house painting and powder coating department.
