Location: Mewla Maharajpur, Faridabad

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager who is highly proficient in preparing and managing Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Import–Export documentation, and overall financial analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
The candidate will also be responsible for handling and supervising a team of 4–5 members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Statements & Reporting
- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Monitor budget variances, analyze financial trends, and prepare MIS reports.
- Provide insights to support management decision-making.
3. Import & Export Accounting
- Manage import-export documentation, duty calculations, shipping bills, and related accounting.
- Coordinate with customs agents and logistics partners for timely clearance.
4. Taxation & Compliance
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory norms.
- Liaise with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
5. Cash Flow & Fund Management
- Manage cash flow requirements and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, LC, BG, etc.
6. Team & Process Management
- Lead and supervise a team of 4–5 accounting staff.
- Streamline accounting processes for accuracy and timely reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial controls.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.
- Expertise in Tally, ERP systems, Excel, and financial analysis tools.
- In-depth understanding of import-export accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA-Finance, CA Inter preferred).
- 7–18 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and reporting.
