Our Departments
Production/Manufacturing Department: This department is responsible for the actual production of goods. It includes workers, supervisors, and managers who oversee the manufacturing process, maintain machinery, and ensure that production targets are met.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Department: QA/QC professionals are responsible for inspecting products, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Supply Chain and Logistics Department: This department manages the procurement of raw materials, inventory management, and the distribution of finished products. They ensure that materials are sourced efficiently and that products are delivered to customers on time.
Engineering and Research & Development (R&D) Department: Engineers and R&D teams work on product design, process improvement, and innovation. They develop new products, improve existing ones, and optimize manufacturing processes.
