+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
+ MBA is a plus.
+ Proven experience in sales and marketing.
Production/Manufacturing Department: This department is responsible for the actual production of goods. It includes workers, supervisors, and managers who oversee the manufacturing process, maintain machinery, and ensure that production targets are met.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Department: QA/QC professionals are responsible for inspecting products, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Supply Chain and Logistics Department: This department manages the procurement of raw materials, inventory management, and the distribution of finished products. They ensure that materials are sourced efficiently and that products are delivered to customers on time.
Engineering and Research & Development (R&D) Department: Engineers and R&D teams work on product design, process improvement, and innovation. They develop new products, improve existing ones, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Maintenance Department: Maintenance teams are responsible for keeping manufacturing equipment and machinery in good working condition. They perform regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
Human Resources (HR) Department: HR handles employee recruitment, training, benefits, payroll, and labor relations. They ensure compliance with labor laws and create a positive work environment.
Finance and Accounting Department: This department manages financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and cost analysis. They also handle financial compliance and tax matters.
Sales and Marketing Department: Sales teams focus on selling products to customers, while marketing teams promote the company’s products and brand. They work together to drive revenue and expand market reach.
Information Technology (IT) Department: IT manages the company’s technology infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, and software. They also handle data security and cybersecurity.
